The vision for this space includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Lush, grass-landscaped areas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Newly planted native trees and shrubs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">A dedicated beach sports zone<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">A sandy beachfront<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">A 240-foot pier<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">An Eco-friendly beach bar and restaurant<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:28px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">These additions will contribute to the preservation of local fauna and support Belize&#8217;s diverse coastal ecosystems, fostering a natural habitat for birds and pollinators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">In February 2025, the company began pouring the concrete floor slab for the beach bar.
